Due to increased energy charges there is a daily supplement for Gas and Electric of £5.00 per day

Booking Terms & Conditions

• PERIOD OF RENTAL - Weekly Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed. Short break rentals are either long Weekend - 3 Night breaks (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) or Midweek - 4 night breaks (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday). The rate for short breaks, either a long weekend or midweek, is at the same rate for both.
• ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE - Arrival time is from 4pm and departure time is 10am, unless otherwise agreed.
• MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The maximum occupancy for Viewbank House Caravan is limited to four persons . The numbers of persons occupying the caravan must not exceed this number. Regrettably we do not accept children under the age of 7 years old in the caravan.
• DOGS - please note we DO NOT accept dogs in the caravan.
• DEPOSIT - A payment of 50% of your total holiday cost is required to be made at the time of booking.
• BALANCE - The outstanding balance of the rental cost is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival
• PAYMENT - Payment of the deposit can be made by cheque (payable to 'Viewbank').  Payment of the balance can be made by cheque or cash.
• A 'Good Housekeeping' / Damages Deposit of £ 50 is payable by cheque or cash at the time of arrival - this will be returned/refunded on inspection at time of departure.
• CANCELLATION - Should you require to cancel your holiday within eight weeks of your arrival date, regrettably we will be unable to refund the cost of your holiday unless we are able to re-let the caravan, at which point we will refund 75% of the total cost.  A cancellation made 8 weeks or more prior to arrival, we will refund 50% of the deposit paid.
• Notice of Cancellation must be made in writing to us at Viewbank House.
• Holiday INSURANCE - We therefore respectfully recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. Guests are also strongly advised to take out holiday insurance to cover the losses of or damage to personal effects. The Owners insure their own property against fire etc. They will in no circumstances be held liable for any loss or damage to guests’ property.
